Hotel Vila Sikaa is a four-star family hotel in a very attractive and busy location in the heart of Trogir, near the old bridge in the very city center. It is situated in a solid stone building over 300 years old, which has been meticulously renovated and modernized and today stands as an excellent blend of history and culture with modern technology. It spreads over three floors, ground floor, second floor and third floor. The first floor belongs to another owner and is not in the hotel function, with a possibility of adding it.
The ground floor consists of reception, kitchen, restaurant, toilet, coffee pub, hallway, pantry and an elegant fenced terrace. The second floor comprises 6 hotel rooms, hallway, laundry, balconies, staircase and staff space. On the third floor there are 5 more hotel rooms, hallway and staircase. The hotel was renovated and upgraded in 2019, aluminium carpentry, aluminium exterior shutters and a modern burglar alarm system and video surveillance system were installed. High-quality thermal isolation has been installed on the inside which maintains the temperature and significantly reduces energy consumption both in summer and winter. Heating is accomplished through a built-in heat pump or A/C unit as needed.
The property also includes a recently acquired auxiliary building of approx. 120 m2 on three floors which is intended for renovating and putting into operation as additional hotel space. Caffe pub on the ground floor is leased and under contract for another 7 years with the possibility of extension. The hotel has reserved parking spaces for up to 5 vehicles.
